The Ultimate Money Saving Workbook: 100 Ways to Reduce Your Spending, Increase Your Savings & Achieve Your Dreams!
You have a goal. We all do. Whether it’s a trip to Disney World, paying off debt, getting your health back, or finally waking up without pain — we all have something we’re reaching for.
The question is… how much do you want it? What are you willing to give up to finally reach your dream?
Every day you make decisions that either bring you closer to your goals or further away.
For me, my goal started out simple: I wanted to get out from under my debt. But my real goal was to become pain-free.
After an auto accident, I woke up every day in constant pain. Some mornings it took me three hours just to get out of bed. I couldn’t work full-time and even driving was a chore, couldn’t go to the gym, and couldn’t enjoy the life I had before.
And yet, I knew healing would take more than hope — it would take money. The treatments that actually helped me feel better — physical therapy, massage, seeing a naturopath, and eating clean, healing food — all cost more than my medical plan would cover. And at the time, I simply didn’t have it.
So I gave myself a one-year deadline. In that year, I would find a way to make room in my budget to pay for what mattered most: getting well.
I figured out how to organize my time and plan ahead so that meal planning became simple and predictable. I reduced my spending in every category of my budget and found small ways to bring in extra income from home—like teaching English online. Once I put my goal on paper and gave it a real sense of urgency, everything started to click. What felt overwhelming at first suddenly became doable, one small change at a time.
I reduced my spending by $37,000 in one year, paid off a significant amount of debt, and began investing in my healing. I started physical therapy once a week, scheduled regular massages, cleaned up my diet (no more rice and beans — real, nourishing food that helped my body heal), and began seeing a naturopath who introduced me to homeopathic medicine.
Then I attended a Tony Robbins event where I met the Medical Medium guy who introduced me to the healing properties of celery juice. That combination of clean eating, natural treatments, and consistent care changed everything.
Within 13 months, I was completely pain-free.
What once felt impossible — getting out of debt and out of pain — became my reality.
This is a process. You won’t do it all overnight. But if you set a date, focus your energy on what matters most, and take one small step each day, you’ll get there.
Because healing — financial or physical — starts with one brave decision:
You deciding you want it bad enough to make it happen.

I want to make this journey a little easier for you than it was for me. That’s why I put together a simple checklist you can use to see where your money is going, choose which saving habits to focus on first, and track your progress toward your goals. These are the same changes that helped me pay off debt, save thousands, and create breathing room in my budget — and they can help you too.
Remember, this is a process. You won’t do everything in a week, and that’s okay! Some steps will feel easy, others will stretch you a bit. Start with one or two, build confidence, and keep going. Set a date for your goal, and watch how small, consistent choices add up to something amazing.
